As one of the mid-Atlantic areas most reputable property managers, TM Associates Management, Inc. (TMAM) is pleased to offer its professional property management services to the owners of multi-family rental communities. Founded in 1999, we have an unparalleled reputation and a portfolio of over 6,000 units in eight states – Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina and Ohio. While TMAM has developed, built and managed rental communities for its own portfolio, we also have extensive experience in third-party property management and development consulting. Working with various non-profit and single owner developments, we understand the priorities in property management and are diversified in the management of tax credit, HUD, USDA - Rural Development and conventional communities. We manage both family and elderly communities, with units designed to accommodate persons with disabilities.

A highly professional team of nine Regional Managers oversees the wide-ranging portfolio. These managers are strategically located in:

- Fredericksburg, Lynchburg and Emporia, Virginia
- Charleston and Martinsburg, West Virginia
- Chambersburg, Pennsylvania.
- Columbus, Ohio
The Regional management team has more than 100 years of combined property management experience.
The Corporate team includes both a Tax Credit Compliance Manager and a Monitor who focus exclusively on all necessary aspects to meet the requirements of the Section 42 LIHTC program. All appropriate staff, including Regional Managers and Site Managers receive on-going educational training regarding this program and its requirements.
Our Corporate Trainer, with more than 30 years of industry expertise, helps focus Site Managers on USDA RD 515 program regulations and compliance.
Our in-house financial staff is well experienced with the recordkeeping requirements of the various Federal programs in which our portfolio operates. They are able to provide timely operating statements as well as all financial records necessary for required audit requirements.
