*  Dishwashers

*  Refrigerators

*  Laundry Machines & Dryers

*  Heat Pumps

Install High Energy efficient light bulbs in all common areas

Install new carpet that is recyclable

Install R38 Insulation in the attics

On going water consumption monitoring program that signals when toilet flaps need to be replaced.

We have a in-house "Green Consultant" to advise on ways to strengthen our existing green build program.
